LINQUENDA GUESTFARM is situated in the middle of the winelands, a mere 9km from Stellenbosch with its numurous wine and golf courses, 11km from Somerset West/Strand where you can enjoy one of South Africa’s famed beaches, and 30km from Cape Town with its rich history and early architecture.
In a move to go green, we replaced our farmstyle dam with a beautiful heated pool. The heating of the pool is done by a solar panel that makes the pool a pleasure to wade in, even in the cooler months. There is even space next to the pool to while away the time.
Table View Apartment
The apartment sports two bathrooms (one ensuite) with all neccessary amenities – watch out for the antique looking slipper bath that looks heavenly to lounge in. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and oven, good enough so that you almost won’t miss your kitchen at home.
A spacious lounge with a peek of wineland out of the blinds invite you outside onto the deck with grill facilities and a beautiful view on Table Mountain for those warm summer evenings. These units have aircon to keep you cool during the hot summer months and a flatscreen TV and decoders (DSTV at extra cost for long stays) for entertainment during those cosy winter months next to a beautiful fireplace.
Pecan Nut Cottage
Pecan Nut cottage – named after the big pecan nut trees close by, the fresh, modern look of the interior is easy on the eye and would make any domestic godess green with envy. The two bedrooms and stone-finish bathroom promise a luxurious and relaxing stay.
